1) What’s the difference between Vortex Pulse™ and Vortex Core™?

4) Do both rings have gesture control?
No.
- Vortex Pulse: Yes (gesture control supported)
- Vortex Core: No gesture control
5) What can I do with Vortex Pulse gesture control?
Vortex Pulse supports:
- Remote photo capture using gestures
- Hands-free scrolling for short-form content (Reels/Shorts-style)
Gesture features depend on phone model, operating system, and app support. Experience may vary by device and app version.
6) Are these medical devices?
No. Vortex Pulse™ and Vortex Core™ are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They provide wellness insights only.
7) How accurate is the tracking?
Accuracy can vary based on ring fit, skin contact, movement, and usage conditions. For best results, wear the ring snug (not tight) and keep the inner sensor area clean and dry.
Display (Vortex Pulse only)
8) Does Vortex Core have a display?
No. Vortex Core does not have a display. All stats are viewed inside the QRING app.
9) What does the Vortex Pulse display show?
Vortex Pulse shows key stats at a glance such as:
- Time
- Steps
- Battery
- Other modes depending on usage
Displayed metrics may vary by mode and usage.

10) Do the rings work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Both rings connects to the QRING app on iOS and Android.
11) Do I need the app to use the rings?
For the best experience, yes. The app is where you view:
- sleep insights
- activity trends
- heart-rate trends
- SpO₂ insights
Water Resistance & Daily Use
12) Are Vortex rings waterproof?
Both rings are 5 ATM water resistant, designed for everyday water exposure such as:
- handwashing
- rain
- showering
- swimming
Not intended for:
- diving
- high-pressure water activities
13) Can I wear it during workouts?
Yes. Both rings are designed for daily wear and workouts. We recommend wiping the ring after heavy sweating.
Sizing
14) What sizes are available?
Available sizes: US 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
15) How do I choose my size?
Use our Size Guide page:
- Measure inner diameter of a ring that fits you, OR
- Measure finger circumference using paper/thread and match it to our chart
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
16) Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes. Please contact support as soon as possible and keep the item in original condition/packaging. (Exchange availability depends on stock.)
Battery & Charging
17) How do I charge the rings?
Use the included charging accessory and place the ring correctly on the charger. Make sure the ring is clean and dry before charging.
18) How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on usage (tracking frequency, features enabled, and for Vortex Pulse display usage). Real-world performance varies by settings and routines.

19) Do you deliver all across Pakistan?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery time depends on your city and courier route.
20) How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
21) What is your refund policy?
Refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging/accessories.
To request a refund, contact support with your order number and reason.
22) Is there a warranty?
Yes. Vortex rings include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and water damage from non-recommended use are not covered.
Ring Care & Maintenance (Very Important)
23) How do I clean the ring?
- Wipe daily with a soft microfiber cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, rinse with fresh water and use a mild soap if needed.
- Dry fully with a soft cloth before wearing again or charging.
24) How do I keep tracking accurate?
- Keep the inside sensor area clean and dry.
- Avoid heavy lotions/oils on the finger where you wear the ring.
- Wear the ring snug, not tight, so sensors maintain stable contact.
25) What should I avoid to protect the ring?
To keep the finish and seals in best condition:
- Avoid harsh chemicals (bleach, strong cleaners, perfumes directly on ring)
- Avoid high heat (sauna/steam rooms) for long periods
- Avoid impacts and drops on hard surfaces
- Avoid high-pressure water (water jets, diving)
26) Charging care tips
- Always charge on a clean, dry surface.
- Make sure the ring and charger contact points are dry before charging.
- Avoid charging immediately after swimming—wipe and dry first.
