We want you to feel confident ordering from Vortex. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Eligibility Window

Refunds (Return for Refund)

You may request a refund within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be unused and in original condition

All accessories, packaging, and inserts/manuals must be included

The ring must show no signs of wear, scratches, dents, or damage

You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

Exchanges (Size Issues)

If the ring size does not fit, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

To request a size exchange, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Important: We recommend checking the Size Guide before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Requests made after 3 days from delivery

Products that are used, worn, scratched, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories

Damage caused by misuse, impacts, or unauthorized repairs

Damage caused by high-pressure water exposure or non-recommended use

Orders placed with incorrect details by the customer (wrong size selected, wrong address, etc.)

Clearance items / final sale items (if applicable)

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return/refund request, contact our support team with:

Your order number

Your name and phone number

The reason for return

Clear photos/videos of:

the ring condition

packaging

accessories included

Return Shipping

If the return is approved, we will share return instructions.

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the case:

If the return is due to a wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect, we will guide you accordingly.

If the return is due to change of mind or size selection, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Note: Bank/payment processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos of:

the package (outer and inner)

the product condition

the shipping label

We will review and assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy above.
