Warranty Policy — Vortex Smart Rings (Vortex Pulse & Vortex Core)
This Warranty Policy applies to all Vortex smart rings purchased from our official store.
1) Warranty Coverage Period
All Vortex smart rings include a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.
2) What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
Device not powering on / not charging due to a manufacturing issue
Defective charging contact or charging accessory (if included)
Sensor or internal hardware malfunction under normal wear
Display malfunction on Vortex Pulse (display variant only)
Abnormal performance caused by a verified manufacturing fault
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide repair or replacement (at our discretion).
3) What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, dents, cosmetic damage)
Damage caused by dropping, impact, bending, or pressure
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Water damage caused by diving, high-pressure water, water jets, or non-recommended use
Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, strong cleaners, perfumes directly on the ring)
Damage caused by heat/steam environments (sauna/steam rooms)
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or opening the device
Battery performance reduction over time (battery capacity naturally decreases with use)
Issues caused by phone compatibility, third-party apps, OS updates, or incorrect app setup
Lost or stolen items
4) Water Resistance Note (5 ATM)
Vortex smart rings are 5 ATM water resistant for everyday water exposure such as handwashing, rain, showering, and swimming.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Diving or deep-water use
High-pressure water (pressure sprays / water jets)
Water exposure combined with heat/steam (sauna/steam rooms)
5) How to Claim Warranty
To request a warranty claim, contact us with:

A clear description of the issue
Clear photos/videos showing the problem
The ring’s condition and charging setup (if charging-related)

6) Warranty Inspection & Resolution
All claims are subject to inspection and verification.
If approved, we will provide repair or replacement (our choice).
If the issue is not covered, we will inform you and may offer a paid repair/replacement option if available.

Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Warranty is valid for purchases made through our official store only.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
